Birth Doula services

Requires our $25 one hour consultation. . 
from hire to three months postpartum. 
includes prenatal visits , a birth chart after birth , postpartum meals and visits. 

We do home, and hospital births. 
We provide a yoga and peanut ball for labor

We do miles circuits during labor 

For postpartum we can make placenta smoothies or capsules and cord art. 
We assist with cooking cleaning and breastfeeding
We also give a birth chart after birth.
