Placenta encapsulation

After birth we will process your placenta into capsules for you. THIS IS FREE AND INCLUDED WITH YOUR DOULA PACKAGE IF YOU CHOOSE US TO BE YOUR DOULA IN ANY WAY. 

we do sprinkle with ginger and rosemary before processing and while processing. Ginger helps with iron absorption.

Each woman is different 

great for iron intake and tackling postpartum depression 

processing includes steaming , removal of membrane and cord , cutting into strips /blocks , cooking for 8-10 hours on 170 degrees , flipping side half way through. After ten hours check the middle one last time , if still pink let cook longer , grinding in processor , then encapsulating.

take 2 pills 3 times a day for the first week.
then 2 pills twice a day for two weeks.

then 2 pills once a day until complete

store in fridge for up to 6-12 weeks.

if you feel any nausea, or experience really strange dreams , stop.
